Austin Bush will have a new cookbook coming out next year, The Food of Southern Thailand. I had the pleasure to illustrate some recipes and scenes of Southern Thailand.

 

 

To all the dogs I’ve loved before and met along the way to Bozeman. Starting with Ernesto under the loving care of Nana and Pop Pop. To Waffles and our camping trip with the Wrisleys. Maisy in charming Vermont with Kris, Doug, Louise, and Casper. Apollo and Zoey in Ohio with the Manns. Otis in Boise, Idaho with Jonathan. Krug and Rye in Park City with Paige, John, and Jack. Gilly in Denver with Liz and Dave. Buddy and Autumn in Boulder with Kim and Russ. And ending it with Perfect in Jackson Hole with Pat, Mikey and fam. Kind hearts paved our way here, and I’m so goddamn grateful.
